The video below shows you step by step how the TenderOne cocktail machine works. This video gives you a complete overview of the machine’s capabilities.

In a nutshell, TenderOne works as follows:

  • Each beverage is dosed separately, without mixing in the machine

  • Cocktails are served quickly and consistently, while maintaining your own recipe.

  • Beverages are connected separately via Bag-in-Box

  • Recipes are set digitally via the tablet

Recipes & settings

Frequently asked questions about the operation of TenderOne

  • For dispensing, the machine requires 4-6 seconds.
  • In practice, 5 cocktails per minute is realistic, including shaking and garnishing
  • Yes indeed!
  • You can rely on our recipes, as well as completely freely program your own signature cocktails (mocktails, spritzes, lemonades, etc).
  • Only the fruit juice pipes are put on water overnight and reconnected so that there is water in these pipes. When you start up the machine, one push of a button flushes the water out of all the pipes and they are automatically refilled with fruit juice.

  • Clean the tap column as you do the rest of your bar.

  • Briefly brush the beverage outlets with a toothbrush and a little lukewarm water.

All recipes are programmed in, with instructions and a photo. Most people learn the basics in 10 minutes of training.

That training is part of the delivery after installation.
